Warehouse Operations Coordinator Ca Lewis Trading Inc Commerce, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Internship $18 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Shopify E-commerce Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description We are a growing trading company with our own warehouse in Commerce, CA. We are looking for a bilingual Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, packing, product organization, and coordination with warehouse workers. This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Mandarin Chinese ability is strongly preferred because the role may require communication with Chinese-speaking team members and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily warehouse operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Help guide warehouse workers with packing, labeling, sorting, and loading tasks Check product quantities and packaging quality Organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse environment Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and shipment issues Support basic warehouse records and documentation Perform other warehouse-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be able to work on-site in Commerce, CA Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred Basic English communication skills required Warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or packing experience preferred Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Able to lift boxes and work in a warehouse environment Comfortable coordinating with workers and following daily operation plans Candidates with valid OPT, CPT, or other U.S. work authorization are welcome
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with shipping labels, packing, inventory, or e-commerce orders Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management or order fulfillment is a plus
Work Authorization:
We welcome candidates with valid OPT, CPT, or other U.S. work authorization. The company can provide employment verification documents if needed.
