Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor (1 Position Available) We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the overall operation and management of our warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, employee supervision, and compliance with company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in supporting an efficient and reliable supply chain. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting. Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure proper warehouse organization and workflow. Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily activities to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate records and utilize warehouse management systems and basic computer applications. Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of warehouse management experience. Familiarity with warehouse operations, planning, and logistics processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Basic English and Chinese communication skills for daily workplace interactions. Proficient with basic computer operations and warehouse-related systems. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills. Quick learner with strong comprehension and adaptability. Experience in lighting products (especially LED strip lights) logistics management or product knowledge is preferred. E-commerce industry experience is preferred. Basic electrical knowledge is a plus. Must be authorized to work legally in the United States (W-2 employment). Work Location Warehouse located near El Monte, California.
