WMS & SAP

software experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Customer-service oriented mindset. Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and update shipping records, invoices, and documentation. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues. Schedule and track shipments, including freight and courier services. Prepare shipping reports and maintain department metrics. Assist with inventory management and reconciliation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
