Join Us as a Logistics/Yard Lead at Netafim! We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Logistics/Yard Lead to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll take ownership of our shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows—ensuring materials are organized, records are accurate, and our team has what they need to succeed each day. The Logistics/Yard Lead is responsible for the timely execution of all shipping and receiving function. All standards will be met through effective communication, policy adherence, and high-level planning and organization. This individual will focus on safety, quality, and productivity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties as assigned.) Unload, receive, pre-stage incoming raw materials for quality inspection. Store raw materials post quality inspection to correct locations, ensuring proper organization, per safety guidelines. Verification of goods versus shipping documents. Put away finished goods inventory and organize inventory area. Organization and housekeeping of inventory area using OpEx/LEAN methodologies. Manage raw material inventory levels by forecasting/planning of incoming materials. Data entry, creating goods receipt in SAP database. Digital record keeping of inventory movements and transactions. Manage finished goods stock levels. System maintenance, updating SAP and inventory spreadsheets. Maintaining records of inventory movement. Inventory management, organizing, labeling, and rotating finished goods (FIFO) to ensure optimal organization and product safety. Maintain all packing slips, shipping documents, bill of ladings, and other documents of record. High accuracy in counting and data entry to ensure inventory integrity. Communicate with drivers and adhere to delivery timelines. Conducting regular monthly cycle counts and audits of finished goods and raw material to ensure accuracy of system inventory versus physical inventory on hand. Communicate with Plant Superintendent & Finance Business Partner on inventory discrepancies. Investigate shortages & overages to determine root causes and correct records. Prepare shipments for commercial transport. Inspect shipments for damage or defects; record discrepancies or damage and notify supervisor. Follow established departmental policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards. Regular and consistent attendance at job site and performance of other tasks as needed.Requirements:

Lead and support Logistics/Yard staff.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Warehouse/logistics experience. Forklift certification. Ability to stand/walk for entire shift. Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Able to work indoors/outdoors and follow instructions. Willing to work overtime.EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must read, speak, and understand English. SKILLS Heavy equipment experience preferred. Experience with ERP/Warehouse systems (SAP). Familiarity with LEAN/5S. Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and basic math skills. Able to work independently.DESIRED TRAITS
