Job Description

Draco Electronics, LLC, a dynamic and expanding cable assembly manufacturer, is actively seeking for an Entry-Level Shipping Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team. Our headquarters are strategically located in Fremont, CA, where we specialize in delivering innovative cable solutions to a diverse clientele of technology-driven companies across the United States. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent college graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain, and customer service. No prior shipping or manufacturing experience is required. We provide training and are looking for someone dependable, organized, curious, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams while gaining practical experience in shipping, kitting, inventory control, ERP systems, and manufacturing operations —a great foundation for a career in operations or supply chain. Recent graduates and candidates without industry experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
  • The standard onsite work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Coordinate daily shipments and prepare shipping documents and labels.
  • Package, label, and track customer orders.
  • Pick and assemble product kits according to work orders and bills of materials.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and components for accuracy.
  • Stage materials and kits for production.
  • Assist with inventory counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Enter shipping, inventory, and order information into company systems.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams.
  • Maintain clean and organized shipping, kitting, and staging areas.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
  • Perform other operational duties as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred . Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable learning new software and systems. Able to follow work orders, instructions, and bills of materials accurately. Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn. Able to perform occasional lifting and other warehouse-related tasks. Clean driving record. Additional Requirements

  • The starting minimum wage is $22 per hour, with the final rate depending on experience
  • The starting salary will be determined through an evaluation of key factors, including the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, and the geographic location of the role.
