The Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a floor leadership role , not a desk job. You'll work alongside an experienced team that already runs well, helping coordinate daily workflow, support the team, and ensure everything gets done accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running a smooth operation and being a steady, dependable presence on the floor. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Create shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Receive and organize incoming inventory Help coordinate daily workflow with the team Support and guide team members throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Ensure accuracy and quality of outgoing orders Step in wherever needed to keep operations moving What We're Looking For 2+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience Prior experience leading or supervising a small team (even informally) Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented Strong team player with good communication skills Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving) Basic computer skills The Right Fit Leads by example and earns respect through work ethic Comfortable guiding a small team without needing a formal "manager" structure Works well with an existing team and supports others Calm, steady, and dependable Focused on getting the job done right—not overcomplicating things Important This role is best suited for someone who enjoys leading on the floor and supporting a strong existing operation —not someone looking to rebuild systems from scratch.
