About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse III team member to join our operations team. This is a senior-level warehouse position that requires hands-on expertise in materials handling, operation of advanced warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of warehouse experience and proven ability to operate specialized equipment such as AL Master / Turret Lifts. What you'll do Operate various warehouse equipment, including AL Master / Turret Lifts and other lift trucks, to facilitate safe and efficient movement of materials. Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, organizing, and picking inventory. Utilize RF scanners or WMS systems to track and manage inventory accurately. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe workplace. Assist in product fabrication and quality control checks as needed. Provide guidance or mentoring to junior warehouse staff when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Proven experience operating AL Master / Turret Lifts or similar lift trucks. Strong proficiency in inventory management, RF scanners, and materials handling processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols. Ability to read and write effectively.
