Job Description

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Fulfillment, the Lead Fulfillment - Guest Services is responsible for advanced support with daily operations with the timely and efficient fulfillment of goods and services within the casino Marketing Divisions and other departments as needed. Supports department performance and metrics as outlined by department leadership. Works closely with leadership to lead, guide, and motivate team members to ensure best-in-class results while supporting a high-volume department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Is responsible for supporting the operations of Guest Services which includes product inventory control, equipment inventory control and maintenance, and department supplies. Support day-to-day operations of a 24/7 environment, which includes planning for promotional events. Work closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence with all department activities related to product and equipment placement and setup for promotional events, preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, and inventory control of all products, supplies, and equipment. 2. Supports all aspects of promotional products in all redemption areas as well as take down, Activities include, unloading and loading trucks, restocking, end-of-day inventory counts, reporting, and tracking. Staging and installation of equipment which includes promotional kiosks, computers, card printers, etc. to support all promotional events and daily operations. Daily communication to ensure Fulfillment Leadership, and the department is aware of all staging activities, inventory placement, and information relevant to operations. 3. Ensures thorough understanding and full compliance with all Guest Service internal controls and safety protocols. Ensures gaming and safety procedures are adhered to and provide guidance and training to department personnel on operations. Coordinates regularly with Fire and Safety partners to ensure staging is within safety guidelines. Support oversight of product placement to ensure product overflow options are utilized to optimize storage. 4. Partners with vendors, Promotions, and our Procurement departments on the coordination involved with the delivery and return of promotional items. This includes completing and maintaining records of delivery packing slips and bills of lading for accounting records. 5. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum two (2) years of warehouse experience required. Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience or hospitality experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(KSA) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
No Driving Responsibilities:
Role does not require a driver's license or insurance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS - ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands and working environment described here are representative of those that an employee encounters and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Primary work environment is within both office and basement settings; employee will be exposed to high-heat conditions. Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Incumbents may be required to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Strength sufficient to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Sedentary work:
involves standing most of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Physical activities that apply to the essential functions of the position are balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone. Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone. Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of employees, visitors or facility. Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
