Role:
The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the associates working on this specific project. Provide training and support to the associates on their shift. Report out to the site leadership team with updates on attendance, project progress and escalate any concerns or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Train associates on the expected processes for the project work. Supervise associates working on shift. Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team. Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements. Ability to speak/read in English Fluency in Spanish highly preferred Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions. Attention to detail with focus on accuracy. Customer service oriented. Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
