Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Team Lead (FBA & Direct Fulfillment)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage and coordinate direct fulfillment (drop shipping) and FBA forwarding operations. Supervise warehouse team members, assign tasks, and improve workflow efficiency. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and order accuracy to minimize errors. Address and resolve operational issues on-site while maintaining safety standards. Communicate effectively with operations and customer service teams to track order progress.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse team lead or supervisory experience preferred; FBA knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred
