POSITION SUMMARY
: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily distribution and fulfillment activities by ensuring accurate order processing, production reporting, and documentation. This position serves as a key contact between distribution, production, and logistics to drive efficiency, maintain accuracy, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Starting pay rate:
$22.75/hr.
Schedule:
Day shift, on-site, Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Adherent to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and direction from the Supervisor, Operation Support or designated leader to ensure compliance and operational consistency. Maintain and update the Open Order Log to accurately track order status and support timely processing. Manage the Order Fulfillment Log, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and up to date. Create and process OSP (Outside Processing) Work Orders in a timely and accurate manner. Report production orders and generate delivery notes to support outbound shipments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, distribution, logistics) to ensure seamless order flow and timely issue resolution. Monitor order progress and proactively communicate delays, discrepancies, or risks to the Supervisor, Operation Support. Promote and support a safe working environment by following and reinforcing company safety policies. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
: High school diploma or equivalent required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
: Experience with SAP, specifically in work order processing, inventory management, and receiving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 standards related to work order processing and OSP procedures. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Ability and willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet operational demands. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, balancing, and handling materials when required.
