FROZEN 3PL

is an emerging family-owned multitemperature third-party logistics company that provides cold storage warehousing to suppliers, businesses, and customers. We have 9 3PL locations across the US markets and are growing. We are seeking a warehouse coordinator who can join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the shipping, receiving, and storing of products throughout the warehouse. Essential Functions Develop, plan, coordinate, and monitor shipping schedules to meet customer and capacity demand Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments of returnable packaging to support warehouse capacity planning Input data manually and/or through RF into WMS, carrier, or logistics systems to successfully transport to and from customers/providers Interact with 3PL customers to ship products Track shipments to and from site Responsible to maintain an accurate inventory daily Complete daily/weekly/monthly Cycle counts of any area, to include identification and resolution of any discrepancies Troubleshoot daily inventory related problems and solve them in a timely manner based on priority for all locations Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy Unload, receive and put away inbound inventory based on receiving schedule Prepare customer's orders for shipment based on shipping schedule Required Education and Experience High school degree At least 2 years' experience in shipping, receiving & inventory management At least 2 years proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Independent, self-motivated and computer literate House of Spices Inc.
