Summary We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at NatureBell Inc. In this role, you will oversee shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our high-quality products. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining efficient warehouse processes and enhancing our logistics capabilities. Shift 10:30 am to 7 pm First Month 10:30-4pm or 7:30-4pm (for training) Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely dispatch of products. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in shipping and logistics. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for optimal materials handling. Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory accurately. Lead a team of shipping personnel, providing training and support as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or shipping supervision. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and inventory management techniques. Ability to operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely. Excellent team management skills with a focus on training and development. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
