Retail Shipping Store Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, motivated team member with strong customer service skills and the ability to grow into a supervisory role. This position requires someone who is punctual, dependable (no frequent call-outs), and committed to learning all aspects of our store operations — including retail, printing, shipping, and specialty services.

Ideal candidates will have:

Retail and/or shipping experience. Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (preferred, not required). Supervisory or team-lead experience, or the ability to grow into one. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfort using computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and point-of-sale systems. Willingness and eligibility to become Live Scan certified. Already a California Notary or willing/able to become one. Interest in learning the printing side of the business (signs, banners, canvases, etc). A positive attitude and willingness to help promote and enhance the store. Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing exceptional customer service. Supervising tasks or shifts as needed. Standing and walking for extended periods. Lifting and handling boxes. Stocking, inventory, and restocking merchandise. Sorting and distributing mail. Using computers, copiers, and multiple printers. Learning and operating printing equipment. Taking passport photos. Performing notary services (once certified). Completing Live Scan fingerprinting (once certified). Problem-solving and assisting customers with unique situations.
