COPY LINK link Night Shift Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations and ensure efficient production, food safetypliance, and strong team performance during overnight shifts. This role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence while supporting the delivery of high-quality food products to retail, food service, and wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight
  • Supervise and coordinate night shift operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure nightly tasks arepleted on schedule
  • Ensure equipment and facility operations run smoothly during overnight hours Compliance & Safety
  • Enforce all food safety and sanitation procedures including HACCP, cGMPs, FSMA, and SSOP standards
  • Maintainpliance withpany policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety requirements
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safe working conditions Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and support night shift employees
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution as needed
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment Quality Control
  • Monitor product quality, storage conditions, and handling procedures
  • Ensure products meetpany and regulatory quality standards
  • Identify and address quality or operational concerns promptly Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for nightly operations
  • shortages, damaged materials, or operational concerns to management Problem Solving & Communication
  • Respond quickly to operational issues, emergencies, or staffing concerns
  • Communicate shift updates, incidents, and operational reports to management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production and service delivery Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Experience in food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food service environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace safety practices
  • Strongmunication,anizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tracking systems preferred Preferred Certifications
  • OSHA Certification
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Food Safety or Sanitation Certifications Work Environment
  • Fast-paced food production and warehouse environment
  • Requires standing, walking, and monitoring operations for extended periods
  • Exposure to refrigerated storage areas and production equipment

Pay Details:
