Location:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)Pay Rate:
$22-$26/hr (based on experience) Overview We are looking for a hands-on Outbound to C Lead to support daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, on-time shipment, and supporting team performance. If you have strong outbound experience and enjoy working in a high-volume environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities- Lead daily outbound operations (picking, packing, labeling, shipping)
- Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of customer orders
- Support and guide associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Coordinate with Inventory and Receiving teams to resolve issues
- Monitor workflow and adjust based on daily volume
- Identify and resolve order errors, delays, or system issues
- Use WMS and RF scanners to track and manage orders Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or outbound/fulfillment experience
- Prior lead or team coordination experience preferred
- Familiar with WMS, picking/packing, and shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
