Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing and distribution organization , is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and distribution teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

09/hr What's the Job? Supervise warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Plan and coordinate daily workloads to optimize shift performance Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback and coaching Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods (A3, Lean) Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and operational procedures What's Needed? 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing supervision Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, or workforce management systems Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to analyze problems and implement process improvements What's in it for me?
