Outbound to B Lead (Warehouse)

Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)

Pay Rate:

$22-26/hr (based on experience) Overview We are seeking hands-on Outbound to B Lead to support bulk outbound operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on palletized shipments, order accuracy, and coordinating large-volume outbound processes. What You'll Do

• Lead daily bulk outbound operations (palletizing, staging, loading)
• Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of business orders
• Coordinate dock scheduling and loading activities
• Support and guide associates to meet productivity goals
• Work with Inventory and Inbound teams to resolve issues
• Monitor workflow based on shipment volume
• Ensure compliance with safety and loading procedures
• Use WMS and shipping documents to manage outbound processes What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of warehouse outbound experience (B2B / bulk shipments preferred)
• Experience with palletizing, loading, and dock operations
• Lead or team coordination experience preferred
• Familiar with WMS and shipping processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication Physical Requirements
