Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Deli/JIT Supervisor to join our team in Roseville, California. This individual will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the shipping and receiving operations of a retail grocery distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar role, great communication skills, ability to lead and motivate the team, and problem solving skills. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $33.80/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Roseville, California Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day activities of the shipping and receiving operations of a retail grocery distribution center. Direct teams of employees to meet the safety, quality, and productivity goals of the operation. Improve and maintain the sanitation processes in the facility. Improve customer satisfaction by increasing service levels, such as fill rates and on time shipments. Assist the Departmental and the Operations Manager as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience in a very similar role Great communication skills Ability to lead and motivate team Problem solving skills — (Salary range based on experience) —
