We're a small team — your work has visible impact every day. About the role This is primarily a warehouse role. You'll spend most of your day on the floor — receiving inbound shipments, inspecting and prepping inventory, and packaging units to compliance standards for Amazon FBA (US and Canada) and Walmart WFS, then building shipment plans and getting them out the door. There's a smaller computer-based component: tracking the shipments you've prepared, keeping inventory records accurate, and following up on shipment-related questions when needed. As you master the warehouse side, the role grows. Coordinators on our team who've shown ownership and judgment have been cross-trained into broader operations work over time. That's the path, not the starting line. What you'll do (day one) Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Label, prep, and package inventory for Amazon FBA (US + CA) and Walmart WFS to compliance standards Build FBA and WFS shipment plans and coordinate outbound shipments Track in-transit inventory and follow up on shipment-related issues Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with audits Keep the warehouse organized and product flow moving What you'll grow into Once you have the warehouse fundamentals down, the role expands. With time and demonstrated ownership, coordinators take on: Vendor and manufacturer communication on orders and shipment status Placing purchase orders Adjusting and troubleshooting product listings to keep inventory moving The pace of that growth is up to you and what you demonstrate.
