Salinas, CA Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour | Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading a team while staying hands-on with daily operations? Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish) to support associates, promote safe work practices, and assist with warehouse production activities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish) Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish) Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required. Experience supporting, training, or assisting warehouse associates is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and staffing partners. Comfortable using computers and smartphones for employee support tasks. Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, production, or general labor preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish) Job Duties Welcome and assist new hires during onboarding and first-day activities. Conduct safety walkthroughs and guide workplace expectations. Maintain daily attendance and sign-in records. Support warehouse leadership with employee communication and daily operations. Assist associates with questions, concerns, and workplace processes. Help collect and submit incident reports as needed. Support employee access to tools, including pay cards and workplace applications. Collect badges and assist with offboarding activities. Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment. Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish) Physical Capabilities Ability to lift 35-50 pounds repeatedly. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and twist throughout the shift. Ability to work inside trailers and warehouse environments. Ability to perform repetitive material handling tasks. Ability to safely move, stack, and palletize products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.
