Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2+ years of supervisory or management experience specifically within a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment.
Fulfillment Expertise:
Proven hands-on experience managing high-volume picking, packing, and kitting operations.
Lean Methodologies:
familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen to optimize workflow efficiency.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
WMS Knowledge:
Prior experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems is required (experience with SAP is a major plus).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proven track record of leading teams through high-volume, fast-moving shifts.

$71,000 - $78,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Oversee daily picking, packing, and kitting processes to ensure all customer orders are assembled accurately and prepared for timely shipment.
Team Leadership:
Direct daily outbound operations, providing hands-on coaching, training, and motivation to warehouse staff to foster a culture of accountability and safety.
Continuous Improvement:
Apply lean principles to eliminate waste, improve floor organization, and elevate fulfillment accuracy and overall service quality.
Inventory Integrity:
Research, track down, and resolve any outbound inventory discrepancies or variances during the picking and kitting cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with upper management to align daily shift outputs with broader corporate goals.
