In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations shipping, receiving, and inventory while leading a team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and a strong safety culture on the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage warehouse staff including shipping clerks, receiving personnel, and forklift operators Set schedules, assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, monitor attendance, and address disciplinary issues as needed Train and mentor team members on processes, safety standards, and equipment operation Oversee outbound shipments to ensure all orders meet customer and retailer compliance guidelines Monitor WIP daily and notify the Customer Service Manager of any shipments at risk by 2:00 PM Oversee inbound inventory processes, ensuring accurate counts, proper documentation, and timely discrepancy reporting Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management throughout the facility Coordinate with Production, Outsourcing, and Packaging teams to align priorities and maintain workflow Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Maintain accurate documentation and track performance metrics across all warehouse functions Enforce all safety protocols and ensure full compliance at all times

Requirements:

3-5+ years of warehouse experience 1-2+ years in a lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment Forklift experience and/or certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic reporting tools Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately one month

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$18.00•$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift:

1:00 PM•9:30 PM | Overtime and Saturdays required

Training:

1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to evening shift

Pay:

$18.00•$20.00 per hour
