Job Description

The Vending Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a vending team, ensuring excellent customer service, product availability, and efficient route execution. Will lead and support route drivers and service staff You will manage inventory levels, monitors merchandising standards, and help drive sales and operational performance. 3rd shift role About the job Step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep a busy vending operation running smoothly from warehouse to machine. You'll coordinate people, product, and routes, making sure every stop is stocked, spotless, and profitable while elevating the customer experience. Your day will blend logistics savvy with team coaching and plenty of opportunities to innovate and grow. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range:
$28.24 per hour - $36.54 per hour What's in it for you Own the entire supply chain, purchasing, warehouse organization, and daily route planning, to keep machines filled and costs in check Lead and mentor a crew of route drivers, setting clear goals and celebrating success to boost engagement and performance Champion spotless machines and smart merchandising, turning clean, well- stocked units into higher sales and happier customers Strengthen client relationships by responding quickly to issues and shaping service schedules that fit their needs Take charge of cash-control procedures, balancing accuracy with speed to protect revenue and streamline reporting Gain visibility with senior leadership by identifying process improvements that cut waste, sharpen efficiency, and grow margins What you'll bring Skillset to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Organizational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate inventory, route schedules, and service priorities Familiarity with cash handling procedures and a keen attention to detail to support accurate reporting and accountability A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in operations and customer satisfaction Working knowledge of warehouse operations, vending equipment, and route logistics, with a hands-on mindset and commitment to cleanliness and merchandising excellence
Requirements Education Requirement:
