Santa Monica, CA, US, 90404 Summary of Position The Coordinator, International Sales and Distribution, Motion Picture Group will support the President, International Sales and Distribution, Motion Picture Group. This position requires a hard-working and proactive individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of the International Sales & Distribution Motion Picture Group and will play an important role in preparing the sales team to attend major film markets and festivals. Responsibilities Administrative support to President of International Sales & Motion Picture Group (calendar, call sheet, expense reports, booking domestic/international travel, etc.) Preparing agenda for international sales and distribution team and cross-departmental meetings Read and provide script coverage (verbal and written) with an international POV Tracking and reporting international box office Support the team in the creation of sales materials and script mailings for film markets and presentations Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity for an executive within the entertainment industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Power Point and Keynote (Mac) is required Familiarity with and a willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot, Drop Box DocSend, Scenechronize
  • an overall tech-savvy individual Avid film + broad content consumer (TV, Podcast, Music, etc.
) Displays a willingness to learn and an interest in the business side of film Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relation to company business Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to anticipate needs, multi-task, take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines Highly organized and detailed oriented Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks Ability to work overtime as needed Proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required Must be dependable and a positive team player Must be punctual and personable Resourceful and works well under pressure Additional Requirements This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
