Job Description
Distribution Coordinator Reports to Director of Brand Relations Hourly, non-exempt, full-time, competitive salary, benefits Overview We are a creative studio in the licensing industry looking for someone who is energetic and has a positive attitude to fill a distribution coordinator position with room to grow. Our mission is to safeguard the legacy of our creative property and build partnerships that foster brand equity. The office is a collaborative work environment and the person who's right for this position would be adaptable and a team player. Role in Studio Support distribution manager to ensure all products that arrive at the studio are logged in, distributed for review, then shipped out. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Core Responsibilities
Product Distribution Support:
○ Receive boxes that arrive and log samples that arrive in tracking database ○ Distribute samples to approvals staff, notifying via email and organizing samples in review bins ○ Pack up reviewed samples for pickup by external organizationGeneral Office Support:
○ Assist with answering phone calls and supporting visitors ○ Refill snacks/drinks in the kitchen ○ Run postage and sort mail ○ Polite and professional communications to staff as needed ○ Assist with implementing sustainable waste management policiesSupport Brand Relations Team:
○ Assist with approvals system maintenance and user management ○ Assist with art bank user management Ongoing Duties- Occasional Samples review coverage
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Valid California Driver License
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Mac OS
- Strong communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative, team environment
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline focused
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly across departments and with partners
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- May require occasional travel for training or experience
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
