Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with hands-on experience managing domestic and international shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DHL Global Forwarding. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will help ensure shipments are processed accurately, documentation is completed correctly, and materials move efficiently through the operation. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented production and operations environment where organization, communication, and reliability are highly valued. Candidates can expect to work closely with internal teams, vendors, customers, and carrier partners in a collaborative setting focused on accuracy, service, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process daily domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DHL Global Forwarding.
  • Prepare shipping labels, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and related records.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, discrepancies, or damaged shipment issues.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure shipment requirements and timelines are met.
  • Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area while following company safety procedures and material handling guidelines. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
