Our client is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments for a growing organization. What You'll Do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from start to finish.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and required paperwork.
• Ship packages using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DHL Global Forwarding.
• Coordinate international shipments and ensure proper documentation and requirements are met.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Requirements
• Previous shipping experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DHL Global Forwarding.
• Experience handling both domestic and international shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with shipping systems and computer software.
