Fleet Coordinator Rental Car - 3.2 South San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $70,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Google Docs Vehicle damage assessment Customer returns handling Vehicle cleanliness maintenance Vehicle maintenance scheduling DocuSign Rental vehicle sales Vehicle check-in/check-out Rental vehicle dispatching Fleet management High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Vehicle parking operations Full Job Description Join Our Team We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support the day to day operations of our rental fleet of 80+ Tesla vehicles. This role keeps the fleet moving, tracking vehicle status, managing documentation, coordinating between the operations team, mechanics and renters. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Full-time; evening and weekend availability required What You Will Do Track real-time vehicle status (available, rented, in maintenance, out of service) and keep records accurate Coordinate/Manage vehicle cleaning, detailing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and tire service. Support customer-facing operations including rental pickups, returns, and issue resolution. Assist with renter recruitment, onboarding, including vehicle handoff, reviewing rental expectations, documenting vehicle condition, and ensuring required paperwork is complete. Assist with renter offboarding, including vehicle return inspections, mileage checks, photo documentation, and reporting damages or concerns Qualifications 1-3 years in fleet operations, car rental, logistics, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling documents and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and solve problems under time pressure. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience with EV vehicles Tesla in particular Proficiency with Docusign, Google Drive, Turo, Uber and website management software Physical Requirements Work includes both indoor and outdoor work Pre-employment Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be at least 25 Authorized to work in the US Ability to lift/move 50 lbs, stand for long periods, or other genuine physical requirements
Pay:
