CoronadoDC is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead for our South San Francisco location. This is a working-lead position responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, safety, and daily operational readiness. The Warehouse Operations Lead will work alongside warehouse personnel, provide daily direction, and ensure client-owned furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials are properly received, documented, stored, staged, and maintained. Inventory management experience is required. Experience using Snap Tracker is highly preferred. What You'll Do Lead and participate in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, inventory control, storage, staging, loading, and unloading. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and timely system updates. Use Snap Tracker and other warehouse systems to document inventory locations, movements, conditions, and status. Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrections. Ensure furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials are properly labeled, stored, protected, and staged. Coordinate with the Lead Installer to stage the furniture, tools, equipment, and materials required for scheduled fieldwork. Provide daily direction and operational support to assigned warehouse personnel. Train warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety requirements, equipment use, and company expectations. Maintain the operational readiness of warehouse tools, equipment, supplies, and assigned company vehicles. Coordinate warehouse logistics, transportation, deliveries, and material movement. Respond to inventory and warehouse-related questions from the Interior Design team. Work collaboratively with the Lead Interior Designer to provide timely and accurate inventory information. Maintain required warehouse records, logs, photographs, and supporting documentation. Identify operational problems and implement approved warehouse-process improvements. Promptly report safety concerns, inventory discrepancies, personnel concerns, and equipment or vehicle problems to management. The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for warehouse activities and logistical readiness. The Lead Installer remains responsible for directing installation crews and coordinating field operations. Required Qualifications At least three years of warehouse operations, inventory control, warehouse leadership, or closely related experience. Strong inventory-management experience. Experience with receiving, storage, staging, inventory control, and warehouse logistics. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Snap Tracker or a comparable inventory-management system. Experience managing furniture, fixtures, equipment, or similar inventory. Experience conducting inventory audits and reconciliations. Familiarity with continuous-improvement practices and warehouse performance measures. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Experience coordinating transportation, deliveries, or warehouse logistics.
