Role Overview If you take pride in accuracy, ownership, and seeing things through, this role offers a high level of accountability in a small, tight-knit warehouse team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every part and product is accurately received, tracked, and shipped. Your work directly impacts customer deliveries, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day warehouse flow. This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to independently manage responsibilities, identify and resolve discrepancies, and support both operational and administrative warehouse needs. You'll also serve as a key backup resource for warehouse processes when needed, making reliability and attention to detail essential.

29330 Union City Blvd, Union City, CA 94587 Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators Maintain high inventory accuracy (>95% service parts / 100% finished goods) through disciplined cycle counts and reconciliation Process and verify outbound shipments accurately and on time using UPS, LTL, and other approved carriers Take ownership of shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies—investigating root causes and resolving issues quickly Ensure ERP/system records are consistently accurate for all warehouse transactions, including non-sellable inventory Support cycle counts, audits, and stock monitoring to prevent shortages and protect service levels Keep warehouse areas organized, safe, and operating efficiently Serve as a dependable resource for warehouse processes and administrative support when coverage is needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and shipping documentation Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment Experience using ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability Ability to work independently in a small-team environment with high ownership expectations Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments required Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping processes required Strong communication skills with internal and external customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesProven team mindset with willingness to support cross-training and continuous improvement Why You'll Love Working Here In this environment, your work directly drives customer delivery performance and inventory integrity. Salary & Benefits The Hourly range for this position is $[24.00]- $[28.00], plus eligibility for a bonus opportunity with annual payouts distributed in three installments. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Requirements:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and five years of warehousing/shipping/receiving experience including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with high volumes of materials/finished goods of various sizes. Previous Warehouse Management System experience required Bachelor's degree preferred
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Organized and detail oriented. Ability to provide clear work instructions and manage employee performance. Ability to use standard warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet organizational demands. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships. WMS Good written and verbal communication skills.
