Warehouse Lead

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead in Ventura, California , to support warehouse operations and event-related logistics. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules may vary based on event needs. The Warehouse Lead will assist with preparing equipment, supporting venue setups, and ensuring materials are properly returned after events. The right candidate will have strong warehouse experience, forklift skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members throughout each stage of the process.

The Day-to-Day:

Pull, stage, organize, and return event equipment in the warehouse Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Support event setup at various venues as needed Help manage event-day operational tasks assigned by supervisors or management Operate warehouse equipment, including standard forklifts and telehandler forklifts Track equipment movement to ensure items are accounted for before and after events Assist with load-out procedures once events are completed Return equipment to the warehouse and place items in the correct storage areas Work with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Communicate any equipment issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Proven warehouse experience Prior experience loading and unloading trucks Experience working with pallets and warehouse staging processes Current certification and hands-on experience operating a standard warehouse forklift Current certification and hands-on experience operating a telehandler forklift Strong reliability and punctuality Ability to work a schedule based on event needs Comfortable working both in a warehouse and at off-site event venues

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior event production or party rental industry experience Bilingual in

English and Spanish Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour
