Job Title:
Fulfillment Coordinator Job Description The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing order fulfillment processes for various Shopify orders, including social orders, coupon mailers, and shopper marketing. This role involves uploading new items to Shopify, receiving orders, packing, labeling, and shipping them via FedEx, as well as ordering necessary shipping supplies from vendors. Responsibilities Fulfill social orders from Shopify. Manage and fulfill non-sales Shopify orders such as coupon mailers and shopper marketing. Upload new items to the Shopify platform. Receive, pack, label, and ship orders via FedEx. Place orders with vendors for shipping supplies, including ice and shopping kits. Perform other responsibilities related to fulfillment coordination. Complete other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in customer support and fulfillment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform data entry efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous fulfillment experience is required. Effective communication and customer service skills. Work Environment This position is 100% on-site in Vernon. The role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading Kombucha company in the US. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vernon, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
