Strong Mandarin communication skills, basic working English, hands-on forklift experience, and proficiency with computers and WMS are required. Responsibilities Organize daily tasks and coordinate warehouse staff to complete receiving and shipping accurately and on schedule. Verify incoming shipments, check SKUs and quantities, arrange storage locations, and maintain receiving records. Process inbound and outbound transactions in the WMS, print labels, and keep inventory records accurate. Safely operate a forklift and participate in loading, unloading, picking, packing, labeling, and warehouse organization. Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and promptly report and follow up on issues. Communicate with drivers and coworkers, maintain clear handoffs, and report daily progress and outstanding tasks. Required Qualifications Strong Mandarin communication skills and basic English sufficient to communicate with drivers and understand routine warehouse documents. Prior hands-on forklift operating experience. Proficiency with computers and WMS, including receiving, shipping, and inventory functions. Ability to use basic Excel functions, email, and label-printing tools. Ability to organize work independently, coordinate team members, and follow tasks through to completion. A responsible, careful, proactive, and safety-conscious approach to work. Willingness to participate in hands-on warehouse operations. Availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday, with occasional additional hours based on operational needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a 3PL warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA preparation, or cross-border logistics. Previous warehouse team lead or supervisory experience. A college degree is not required. Applicants who meet the required skills are welcome. Compensation and Cooperation Opportunities Base salary: $5,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses. Bonus amounts and performance criteria will be discussed during the interview.
