We rent camcorders for family and friends to film the weekend — then our team organizes the footage and edits it into a wedding video that feels true and unique to each couple's celebration. We're a fast-growing, creative start-up looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to make sure our camcorder rentals move seamlessly from us to our couples and back again. Role Description This is a full-time, in-person role based in Arvada,CO. As our Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping Wedding Weekender running smoothly behind the scenes. Every order that ships, every set of rental equipment that comes back clean and ready to go, is a direct contribution to a couple's wedding weekend. You'll work closely with our team to manage order fulfillment, maintain inventory, and help keep our operations organized and efficient. This is a great opportunity to gain experience inside a growing start-up. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare rental orders for shipment Check in and inspect returned items upon arrival Clean, organize, and reset inventory between rentals Help maintain an organized workspace and inventory system Assist with regular inventory counts and restocking Support small operational projects as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping, or a similar hands-on role Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Organized and able to follow established processes Comfortable working independently after training Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Comfortable handling physical equipment & boxes (lifting ~20-30 lbs) Compensation $19-$22/hour, depending on experience (Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week) Flexible hours and supportive, small-team environment. Potential for paid time off following an initial period.
