General Manager FSLA Status:

Non-Exempt Position Summary:

All warehouse operations including but not limited to; handling customer service shipping related issues, approve and process product returns, maintain warehouse inventory, perform and oversee daily shipping/receiving, incoming product inspection. Continually improve processes as necessary.

Qualifications:

1) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing 2) Strong customer service skills with both internal and external customers 3) Proficient computer skills, with the ability to operate Microsoft Office products and related software 4) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative Basic job responsibilities: 1) Manage order fulfillment process: accurately picking items, packing products, and preparing shipping labels 2) Develop and implement programs to improve customer experience, offer suggestions based on customer feedback and interaction 3) Ensure that the highest level of customer service and ethics are followed, address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approach 4) Maintain physical inventory a. continually assure physical inventory levels match system levels b. generate inventory versus sales reports and prepare inventory reorder reports at least monthly c. communicate with suppliers as needed 5) Oversee quality inspection a. incoming sampling b. random stock sampling c. return testing d. assure proper segregation/identification of goods, inspected, waiting inspection, rejected 6) Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse standard operating procedures (SOP's) in collaboration with general manager 7) Supervise support staff as required a. Address and resolve staff personnel issues if necessary 8) Ensure compliance with all OSHA recommendations and company rules, policies and procedures 9) Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment 10) Adhere to strict safety guidelines a. including employee training on proper lifting, climbing, moving/storing product 11) Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Technical requirements:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Job requires lifting, occasionally up to 100 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on concrete flooring and climbing ladders as needed.

Work environment may vary including:

warehouse containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements, office work, manufacturing, testing shops, and any other specific business operations. The physical demands and work environment reflected are representative of those encountered by employees when performing the essential job functions.

Hours:

Work schedule will be at our physical location, currently 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, exact schedule to be determined by operational hours and business requirements. Position is FSLA non-exempt, hours may fluctuate according to business conditions.

Daily holiday pay will be considered one 8-hour day worked. Vacation:

One-week paid vacation after 12 months employment, two weeks paid vacation after three years employment, based on hire date. Compensation:

1) Starting pay range: $26.00 - $30.00 an hour a. Starting pay will vary based on criteria such as experience and qualifications
