We're looking for a Warehouse & Transportation Lead who takes pride in organization, ownership, and execution. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk logistics job. It's a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping warehouse operations organized, inventory accurate, and deliveries running smoothly. What You'll Do Receive, organize, and manage incoming inventory deliveries Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational standards Pull, stage, and prepare daily store orders and transfers Manage inventory of beverages, retail products, cooler bags, and operational supplies Coordinate product movement between production, warehouse, and retail locations Load and unload refrigerated delivery vehicles Support transportation scheduling and daily route preparation Ensure on-time deliveries to stores Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Drive refrigerated box trucks when needed Monitor vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep Assist with inventory counts, organization, and par level management Identify opportunities to improve warehouse flow and operational efficiency Partner closely with operations and kitchen leadership to support company growth Who We're Looking For Dependable and highly accountable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Enjoys physical, hands-on work Strong problem-solving mindset Able to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Team player who communicates well and follows through Qualifications Warehouse, logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving refrigerated box trucks Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory throughout the day Basic computer, spreadsheet, or inventory system experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Experience in food production, distribution, or warehouse environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits $23-$25+ per hour based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Free My Fit Foods meals Health insurance options Paid training Career growth opportunities within a growing company Why My Fit Foods?
