Our supplements division focuses on precision, compliance, and consistency in every batch we produce. We are seeking an experienced shipping/receiving coordinator to support daily shipping operations by preparing, packaging, and dispatching products to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. Duties Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products. Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments meet quality standards. Operate shipping software and maintain shipping records and documentation. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently. Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging methods are used. Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies or delays. Maintain inventory accuracy by updating shipping and receiving records. Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Must have ship station (Shopify experience a plus) Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems and ERP software. Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
