Shipping/Warehouse Lead Title:

Shipping/Warehouse Lead Reports to: Director of Operations Works closely with:

Production Leads, Customer Service, and Controller Responsibilities:

Accurately processes domestic and international shipments and completes required documents using FedEx, UPS, and LTL software. Stocks shelves, picks orders, scans products, packs shipments. Prepares products for shipment including labeling and affixing postage. Safely uses all equipment required for assembly, shipping, and receiving. Assists with return processing and restocking sellable items Assists with receiving, including counting and stocking shelves Shrink wraps and binds materials as needed. Restocks packaging materials. Maintains the work area free of trash with product in the correct location and breaks down boxes and containers for recycling. Follows safety policies and procedures and encourages other co-workers to do the same. Follows prescribed rules, past practices, and current instructions. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from Supervisor.

Job Specific Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. At least (1) year experience in a warehouse environment required including assembly, stocking, shipping, scanning, and receiving. 3. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Must be competent in completing tasks using technology including experience with FedEx, UPS, and LTL software. 5. Must exhibit a strong attention to detail. 6. Must be able to multi-task and work within the framework of a team. 7. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Physical Demands Standing for long periods of time. Continuous lifting, bending, squatting, and reaching. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Full-time Pay:

$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week with occasional overtime.
