Some overtime may be required based on business needs Position Overview We are seeking a professional and dependable Warehouse & Account Coordinator for a hybrid position combining hands-on warehouse responsibilities with office-based account support. This individual will assist with a large, high-priority client account and must be comfortable balancing physical order fulfillment duties with frequent written and verbal client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable in a client-facing environment, and able to manage competing priorities while meeting important deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, and fulfill orders according to client requirements Receive, organize, and move warehouse materials and products Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds Communicate professionally with clients by email and telephone Provide timely updates and follow up on open requests Coordinate with warehouse and office teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule Maintain accurate order, inventory, and account information Learn and navigate new order processing and account management systems Monitor deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments Identify and help resolve order or account-related issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, customer service, or account support experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and confidence interacting directly with clients Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new computer programs and internal systems Proficient with email and basic computer applications Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift Flexibility to work overtime when required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between warehouse and office environments. The successful candidate will be equally capable of fulfilling orders, communicating with an important client, and ensuring that requests are handled accurately and on time.
Pay Details:
