Skills Required:

The Role :
As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation warehouse facility. This is a diverse and rewarding position that requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer service inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information and resolving issues professionally. Handle customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking of shipments. Work closely with the warehouse team to process orders and provide any necessary support. Order Returns Inspection Receive and verify returned items from customers and ensure all necessary documentation is provided. Perform detailed visual and functional inspections of returned products to assess their condition. Identify any damage, defects, or discrepancies in returned items and record them accurately. Document all inspection results, including item condition, defects, and potential reasons for return, in our warehouse management system or other designated platforms. Prepare and process order returns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Oversee the re-packaging process of returned items to meet our company's quality and presentation standards. Identify areas where efficiency and accuracy can be improved within the order returns inspection process. Generate comprehensive reports on the quality of returned items and provide feedback to relevant teams for process improvement.
Warehouse Management:
Assist in daily warehouse activities, including order returns, stock receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and updates in the system. Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize shipping and delivery processes. Assist in organizing and scheduling maintenance activities for the office premises and equipment, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment. Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, cleaning services, and facility upgrades. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues proactively.
Administrative/Coordinator Tasks:
Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and office organization. Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and head office to process requisitions for office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed. Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, compare prices, and ensure timely delivery of requested items. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to facilitate the budgeting process. Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for business use. Manage fuel cards, vehicle logs, and mileage records to track usage and expenses accurately. Collaborate with the management team to address any vehicle-related concerns or incidents. Manage various administrative documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance-related paperwork.
