ProLogistix now hiring for Warehouse Operations Coordinator in the New Castle, Delaware area!

Available Shifts:

AM shift Available Coordinates daily warehouse operations by managing inventory accuracy, driver check-ins, shipping documentation, WMS transactions, and dock safety to ensure efficient and compliant workflow. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in the WMS. Process driver check-ins, dock assignments, and BOL documentation. Ensure trailer and dock safety compliance. Support inventory control through labeling, audits, and cycle counts. Coordinate warehouse workflow and communicate operational priorities. Resolve inventory and shipping exceptions as needed. Qualifications Warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience required. Experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety and dock operations. Experience with RF scanners and yard management is a plus. Apply Today! #nowhiring
