5-10 direct reports Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a new facility in Apopka, Florida. This role is critical to building strong processes, developing a high-performing team, and driving continuous improvement across safety, productivity, and service levels. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational expertise and people leadership, with the ability to scale processes in a growing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities. Develop and implement operational plans to improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency. Set clear performance expectations, assign daily work, and monitor team output to ensure on-time completion. Recruit, onboard, train, and coach warehouse staff to build a reliable, high-performing team. Manage labor and resource allocation to meet business demands while controlling costs. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Enforce safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper use of warehouse management systems. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to support operational goals and growth. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities. Experience with operational planning, performance management, and process improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/warehouse management systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up or growth-oriented environment. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) . Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including people leadership. Experience supporting international logistics or supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
