We keep restaurants, offices, and facilities all over Florida stocked with the food service and janitorial supplies they run on. We also handle third-party logistics, repackaging and pick-and-ship, for other growing brands out of our Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale warehouses. We've grown fast because the people here take pride in getting it right, and we're still growing. There's room for you to grow with us. The role We need a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to keep the floor moving. You'll lead a small crew on your shift, set the pace, and report to the Warehouse Manager. It's a good seat for someone ready to step up into leadership without leaving the work behind. This isn't a clipboard job. You'll be picking, packing, and shipping right alongside your team, jumping on the forklift when it's needed, and making sure orders go out accurate and on time. Your shift is yours to run. You'll make the day to day calls on your own floor, and you'll have the Warehouse Manager behind you on the bigger ones. Do this well and there's a real path up to Warehouse Manager. What you'll do Lead a small crew each shift and set the pace for the floor Pick, pack, ship, and receive, right alongside your team Keep orders accurate, organized, and out the door on time Run forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and help your crew do the same Catch problems early and get the Warehouse Manager involved before they grow Keep your area clean, safe, and stocked You're a fit if you have 1+ year in a warehouse, with some experience guiding or training others Forklift and pallet jack experience (required) Reliability and a steady, lead-by-example attitude The initiative to notice what needs doing and just handle it Nice to have Experience with inventory or warehouse software Bilingual English/Spanish The details Full-time, on site in Orlando $21 to $27 an hour depending on experience It's a physical job.
