Warehouse Supervisor Resolve Marine Group - 3.6 Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $28 - $36 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Warehouse management experience Driver's License Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor General management Full Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with Federal, State, Local and Company regulations, including management of all employees assigned to the facility. He/ she oversees all equipment at the facility, including load-out and off-load of projects, maintenance and repair of equipment, shipping & receiving, and inventory control. This position reports to the Fort Lauderdale Facility Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Communicates daily with the Fort Lauderdale Facility Manager, provides a report on accomplishments and a plan for the upcoming week Responsible for all buildings and yard at the facility including safety and cleanliness, general repairs and maintenance and for preparing facility for major weather events and/or emergencies Ensures facility is properly staffed at all times; plans work and schedules for all employees assigned to the facility on a daily basis; monitors employee labor hours and employee performance including performance evaluation, warnings and personal action documentation Conducts and oversees regular safety meetings with all facility employees Prioritizes and approves (or secures approval) for all equipment related expenses and coordinates with Buyer(s) to track the status of purchased services and items Maintains a complete inventory of warehouse contents utilizing Inventory Management system Develops and implements a warehouse specific system for efficiently locating all assets within warehouse Responsible for updating Inventory Management system within 24 hours of any green tag asset status change Provides input and feedback to Facility Manager to assist in developing a proper preventative maintenance program for all non-floating assets at the facility Ensures all equipment / packages are stocked in accordance with the Resolve's Equipment / Package specification sheets. Recommend to the Assets Management department when changes should be made to the specification sheets Oversees proper load out of assets onto containers and trucks that leave the warehouse and yard for various projects Responsible for ensuring the correct equipment, and only green tagged equipment is sent to projects Initiates and forwards copy of bill of lading, commercial invoice or other shipping documentation, with asset I.D.'s. Responsible for notifying Assets Department of inter-company shipments when documentation does not already exist. Receives and ensures the inspection of all equipment returned from jobs, confirm received equipment matches demobilization report generated by Inventory Management system, and mark with a red tag; notifies of any conflicts. Receives Work Orders from Assets Management system, and delegates tasks required to meet maintenance and repairs priorities established by the Assets Manager to ensure material / equipment is always in a high state of readiness (green tag), and Inventory Management system is updated accordingly Notifies Assets Department of any equipment received, shipped or otherwise to/from the facility Ensures all equipment repairs are reported to the Assets Department, and a Work Order is generated in ERP system. Responsible for all company vehicles assigned to the facility, ensuring they are maintained and in a safe and ready condition Ensures apportioned vehicle trip reports are completed correctly and submitted to third party administrator and that Resolve has appropriate permits for states being travelled Support project operations onsite in a supervisory role as required Other duties as assigned Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management and inventory control Prior experience in warehouse / site supervision, marine, industrial, offshore, or heavy equipment environments strongly preferred Ability to work in a highly paced, dynamic, and challenging environment Strong organization and time management skills Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to lead people while managing the multiple and competing priorities Driver's License TWIC or ability to obtain (for US employees) Trained as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Alternate FSO for the facility Microsoft Office suite experience
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
Passport (highly preferred; if global deployment is required for this position, a current passport is required) CDLA license preferred Inventory, asset tracking experience Experience with Maintenance Connection system Experience with ERP systems OSHA 10 Hour (US employees) 40 Hour

Requirement:
Up to 0-25% travel is required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.
