Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Operations Coordinator J.W. Cole & Sons of Florida, Inc. is a fast-paced moving and storage company seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys warehouse operations, takes pride in organization, and understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Our warehouse is the backbone of our operation, and we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of keeping it running efficiently. While warehouse experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Do:

Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment Receive, inventory, store, and release customer goods Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Track inventory using warehouse management software and barcode scanning technology Coordinate with office staff, drivers, and moving crews Load and unload trucks as needed Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records Help ensure customer belongings are properly tagged, protected, and stored
