We handle everything from receiving and inspecting goods to organizing, storing, and distributing supplies with precision and care. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and picking management Lead and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence through effective team management and communication Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and shipment schedules are met with precision Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated team leadership skills Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution center processes, and logistics best practices Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting tools Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and RF scanner technology Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to materials handling and warehouse environments Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment Prior experience in implementing process improvements within a warehouse setting is highly desirable Exhibits flexibility, dependability, and an eagerness to develop new skills while supporting and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
