Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact? 3Sixty Duty Free is looking for a Jr. Fulfillment Coordinator to play a key role in managing our purchasing and logistics operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global retail environment where your skills will directly contribute to our success. What You'll Do As a Jr. Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for assigned categories and vendor requirements, ensuring smooth purchasing and fulfillment processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Managing purchase orders and vendor relations to meet company needs ✅ Overseeing order processing, return orders, and discrepancy claims ✅ Communicating with vendors and logistics teams on delivery timelines and conditions ✅ Solving vendor and category discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed ✅ Monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvements for efficiency ✅ Ensuring accurate financial documentation and pricing updates ✅ Supporting team members and training new employees What You Bring to the Team ✔
Education:
High school diploma/GED required ✔
Experience:
1+ years preferred in purchasing, fulfillment, or a related field ✔
Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, and ERP system experience (MS Dynamics AX is a plus!) ✔
Physical Requirements:
