JOB NAME
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE
To perform the daily physical duties of the warehouse operations, which include, unloading cargo trucks and delivery vehicles, verifying contents against purchase orders and bills of lading, logging items into the internal inventory tracking system / ERP database and routing orders to their correct warehouse location or internal department for future shipments.

TASK DESCRIPTION
Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders, packing lists, and shipping documents. Confirm correct quantities (cases, "eaches", pallets) and packaging condition. Accurately label pallets, cartons and loose items with addresses, carrier tags, barcodes, etc in preparation for loading in containers and delivery vehicles. Identify, separate, and clearly mark orders at the time of receipt document shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies at the time of receipt. Communicate clearly with the remote team to identify and document shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies at the time of receipt. Accurately post Goods Receipts in Logisuite in a timely manner. Ensure receipts are posted to the correct location, with accurate pack type, quantities, details to submit paperwork to office team. Ensure pallets, cartons, and loose items are clearly labelled upon receipt. Flag and escalate any system mismatches, data issues, or posting errors immediately. Ensure documents are accurately referenced to corresponding Logicar transactions. Ability to stand, walk, and inspect freight for extended periods. Occasional lifting within established safety limits. Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification required). Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure goods are staged correctly and safely for put away. Support audits and inventory review. 51qyztvF5D
