We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team in Hialeah, FL. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality. Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment in the warehouse. Monitor and manage production processes to meet production goals and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient product flow and on-time deliveries. Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and performance metrics.
